The hotel's location was superb, just a short walk from the main attractions and transportation hubs. The staff was friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to upgrade our room for a special occasion. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds. The view of the city was fine, especially at night.

The lobby was a bit small and the breakfast options were limited for a five-star hotel. the soundproofing in the rooms could be better, as we occasionally heard noise from outside.

The waitstaff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the sound isolation ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The comfortable bed, linen, and towels added to the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel also had a great bar that served delicious international cuisine, and the spa experience was absolutely amazing.

The location was best possible, a 10-15 minute walk from a National Palaces Painting museum. The service was great, the staff - amiable.

Breakfast was perfect, exceptional views, handy location very close to metro stop, Taksim Square and the Underground.

Central location near Taksim Square, friendly and excellent service. The check-in process was efficient and cute, and the guest services manager were pretty good too accommodate our needs. We were also delighted to be upgraded to a room with a superb view of the Bosphorus. The hotel staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcomed. the proximity to Taksim Square allowed for easy access to restaurants and tea houses, offering a great culinary experience.

Located near Taksim square and Gezi park, this hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing adventures. The nearby Metro station makes it easy to explore the city, and the on-site restaurant offers an incomparable dining experience. Rooms are cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is a delicious start to the day. Don't forget to take advantage of the fitness facilities and spa for added relaxation.

There were some common areas that had a cigarette smell, which detracted from an otherwise great experience.

I recently stayed at Gezi Hotel for a leisure trip. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to Taksim square and close to all the places I wanted to visit by car. This hotel was a luxurious and exceptional experience in every way. the exclusive amenities provided met all of my needs, from the Spa lounge to the restaurant buffet. the catering service was top-notch and provided an incredible in-room breakfast experience. the private facilities were exclusive and pristine, providing a relaxing atmosphere in the Sauna and Steam room. the service was impeccable and exceeded my expectations, with staff available to assist me at any time. the location advantages were impressive, with easy access to the Sun loungers in the Garden area and the Turkish bath.

The only negative aspect I encountered was the lack of public bath facilities. Despite this minor issue, the hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment in every other aspect.
